Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy" and/or "Policy") is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other normative legal acts that regulate legal relations in the field of collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as citizens' rights to privacy and the right to self-expression.

The Policy applies to all information that this website, on which the text of this Privacy Policy is placed, may receive about the User, as well as any programs and products hosted on it. We commit to comply with all laws and regulations related to data privacy.

By visiting the Website, you accept our Privacy Policy, confirming that you are informed about the procedure and purpose of data processing, as well as other conditions of their processing in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," and you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes specified below.

  1. Definitions
  • Website Administrator: Sole proprietor Kateryna Serhiivna Drobot, registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations, who determines the purpose of processing personal data, the composition of such data, and the procedures for their processing.
  • Personal Data: Information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Processing of Personal Data: Any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and dissemination (distribution, realization, transmission), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.
  • Confidentiality of Personal Data: A mandatory requirement for the Website Administrator to ensure that there is no intentional dissemination of personal data without the consent of the data subject (User) or without another legal basis.
  • User: A person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
  • Cookies: A small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page of the relevant site.
  • IP Address: A unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
  • 2. General Provisions

    2.1. The User's use of the Website signifies acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

    2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must cease using the Website.

    2.3. This Policy applies only to this Website and not to other websites that Users may visit through links provided on the Website. The Administrator is not responsible for personal data provided by visitors of the Website to third parties or any website linked to the Website or referenced on the Website.

    2.4. The Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User of the Website.

    2.5. The User agrees that by filling out the relevant fields during registration in any form provided by the Administrator for online/offline events, the User provides the Administrator with information, including an email address for sending materials (such as presentations) to the User, as stated in the announcement of the relevant event. The User agrees that during such events organized by the Administrator (both online and offline), the Administrator may conduct photo and/or video recording and use these photo and/or video materials on the Website as well as on the Administrator's social media pages.

    3. What Personal Data the Administrator Collects About You
    3.1. The Administrator collects personal data from participants, potential participants, partners, suppliers, business contacts, and users of websites. If the data collected by the Administrator is not specified in this Privacy Policy, the Administrator provides individuals (when required by law) with notice about what data will be collected and how it will be used. Except for certain information required by law, your decision to provide any personal data to the Administrator is voluntary. The Administrator may also automatically collect certain personal data (e.g., your IP address, browser type and version, information about your visit, including URLs you accessed to, through, and from our website, the web pages you viewed or searched for, the duration of visits to certain web pages, page interaction, etc.) using tracking technologies, including cookies (see Section 5).

    4. Purpose of Data Collection and Use
    The Administrator may use information about you for various purposes, including:

    Aggregate data may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information under the law, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity, unless the Administrator combines or links the aggregate data with your personal information, allowing for your direct or indirect identification. Any information collected by the Administrator will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy to make better decisions for participants, employees, and contractors of the Administrator.

    Please note: The Administrator never uses your personal data to send you advertising messages on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties. The Administrator will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with the purposes for which you were informed, unless required or permitted by law, or in your vital interests (e.g., in the case of medical emergencies). By agreeing to the Policy or otherwise providing the Administrator with information, you consent to the processing and transfer of information, including within Ukraine.

    5. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Data

    5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without such means. The Administrator will store and use the information for as long as necessary to provide quality services and as long as such use is deemed appropriate by the Administrator.

    5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administrator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including but not limited to banking institutions, payment systems, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's orders placed on the site, under the terms of the Public Offer Agreement (public contract).5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized government authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

    6. Rights of the User as a Personal Data Subject:

    1. To know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of processing, location or residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data, or to instruct authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law.
    2. To receive information about the conditions for accessing personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred.
    3. To access their personal data.
    4. To receive a response within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, regarding whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to obtain the content of such personal data.
    5. To present a reasoned objection to the owner of personal data against the processing of their personal data.
    6. To present a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data to any owner and manager of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate.
    7. To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of such data, as well as protection against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the individual.
    8. To file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Authorized Person or the court.
    9. To apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on the protection of personal data.
    10. To include reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when providing consent.
    11. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
    12. To know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data.
    13. To be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.

    7. Use of Cookies and Other Similar Technologies
    To ensure the proper functioning of the Site, the Administrator may use various tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons (fragments of data embedded in images on the website or in emails to track your activity on the website or your actions related to emails, such as whether you opened the email or accessed a link in the email), or similar technologies.
