This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between you, the individual or company expressing interest in joining the Employer Branding Community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community"), and the Community's organizer.
By submitting your application to join the Community as an Expert or Partner, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please review these terms carefully.
1.1 Community – A closed professional network for experts and organizations focusing on employer branding.
1.2 Expert – An individual interested in contributing knowledge and participating in activities organized by the Community.
1.3 Partner – A company willing to collaborate with the Community on various employer branding initiatives.
1.4 User – An individual or company applying to join the Community as an Expert or Partner.
1.5 Acceptance – The complete and unconditional agreement to the terms of this Agreement by submitting an application.
1.6 Application – The properly submitted form requesting to join the Community, either as an Expert or a Partner.
1.7 Services – The opportunity to participate in events, share expertise, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the employer branding discussions within the Community.
2.1 This Agreement is a public offer, meaning that upon submitting an application via the Community’s website, the User agrees to all terms set forth in this Agreement.
2.2 By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to be contacted by a representative of the Community to discuss potential collaboration.
2.3 The Community reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time, and such changes will be reflected on the website. Users are encouraged to review the Agreement regularly.
3.1 Experts
Individuals can join the Community as Experts by submitting the appropriate form on the website. By doing so, they agree to share their expertise in activities such as webinars, mentoring, workshops, and more.
3.2 Partners
Companies can join as Partners by filling out the Partner form on the website. Partners agree to collaborate on projects, co-host events, sponsor awards, and contribute to the Community's development.
4.1 By submitting the application, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.2 The personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of communication regarding the Community and its activities.
4.3 The User has the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Community’s representative.
4.4 The Community ensures that all data provided by the User is handled securely and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
5.1 After submitting the form, the Community Manager will contact the User via the provided contact details to discuss collaboration and provide additional information about upcoming events and activities.
5.2 The User agrees to receive emails and communications related to their participation in the Community.
6.1 Acceptance of this Agreement occurs when the User submits the application form to join as an Expert or Partner.
6.2 Either party may terminate their involvement in the Community by notifying the other party in writing or via email. However, the Community reserves the right to refuse membership or collaboration at its discretion.
